Oswestry BID are creating a new printed Directory and Map of businesses located within Oswestry’s Industrial Estates and Business Parks.

The objective of the directory is to encourage people and businesses to explore the Industrial Estates and Business Parks, to discover the wealth of products and services available on our doorstep – it’s all part of a bigger plan to better promote the Industrial Estates and Business Parks, and enhance their trading environment.

The directory will attract customers from further afield too, who are looking for products and services from great businesses in the area that are welcoming, offer excellent value, have knowledgeable staff, and eager to help customers find what they are looking for.

Hunter Bevan, a local graphic design and marketing company, based on one of Oswestry’s Business Parks, have been commissioned by Oswestry BID to design and produce the Directory and Map.

Hunter Bevan are also collating the information on businesses to be included in the directory, so you may be called by a member of our team.

If your business is a BID levy payer you’re automatically eligible to be added to the Directory and Map, so we’ll call to confirm whether you’d like your business to be included.

If your business is not a BID levy payer, you can opt in as a voluntary member of the BID, which costs 1.75% of your rateable value down to a minimum of £100.

So for many smaller businesses it won’t cost anything more to choose option 2 and to join the BID, with all of the added benefits that provides.
